Our water based assembly lubricants reduce the force required to mount or assemble rubber and plastic reducing the likelihood of damaging the part.
Our product reduces the friction during sliding of rubber/plastic parts
Out PTFE and proprietary polymer-based coatings are specially designed to reduce friction between rubber/plastic and metal. The coatings form a thin layer on the rubber/plastic, which is inert in nature. It doesn’t affect the physical or mechanical properties of the part in any way. These coatings can be applied at any temperature above 35 deg C.
Rubber parts like 0-Rings, Engine or heat transfer gaskets. Plastic parts like nuts and bolts can also be coated with assembly lubricants.
